What is needed to list a property?
To list a property, it is necessary to prove that you are the representative and responsible for the property, so we will ask you to upload certain documents in your profile, such as: ID, proof of address, RFC and CURP (in case you have one) and sign the internal agreement between the platform and you.
Is there any deposit or guarantee?
Yes, being a rent for a medium or long term period, it is best to request a security deposit to ensure that when the guest leaves everything is in perfect condition inside your property. The contract stipulates in detail the property and the rules; if the guest complied with everything during their stay, they can have 100% of their deposit back; if not, we can retain it to make payments for services or necessary repairs.
What happens if my property is misused?
You can create a report; in this you will attach photos and a description of what happened. Remember that the conversation with the guest is very important to demonstrate any inconvenience. We also recommend you leave a comment of the guest so that it appears in his profile and other guests can avoid renting with him. If the damage caused is serious, then we will make the necessary investigation, and we will remove the profile of this person. Within the report, you can add the cost of repairing what has been damaged, which will be paid from the guest's retained deposit. In case we know that they are misusing the property and the reservation period is still valid, the contract can be canceled, and we can request the eviction of the guest as long as this can be demonstrated. In the contract, the causes of an eviction are stipulated.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% cancellation and refund when the publication of the property does not match the actual property. This means that the photos do not match in totality (it is not taken into account if there are changes such as painting the property, furnishing, or any change that does not prevent the guest's stay), mention of number of rooms that does not match, or that mention non-existent areas, also that the location or address of the property is wrong by a significant distance. It is also a reason for cancellation if there are threats or bad treatment from any of the parties involved in the reservation that is verifiable within the conversation on the platform.

We consider that these problems can occur at any time and can be solved quickly.
